About The Opportunity

The role is essential to the efficiency of our daily operations. You make sure that our inventory is available for sale, of high quality. You are the link between the Operations team and the Commercial team, acting as the eyes and ears inside your dark store!

In This Role You Will
  • Be responsible for managing the products in the store
  • Be in charge of inbound shipment processes from our suppliers and ensure the quality and physical count matches the purchase
  • Manage all inventory related topics - product availability, inventory accuracy
  • Ensure ultimate freshness and best quality to customers by leading food quality and safety checks
  • In coordination with the Inventory Controller and the SCM team, you will also be responsible for placing orders
What We Expect From You
  • Basic knowledge of Inventory Management Concepts
  • Good working knowledge of using Excel/Google Sheets, as your role will be heavily reliant on such tools
  • Ability to handle high pressure and fast moving day-to-day operations
  • Very good communication skills and a good proficiency in both written and spoken English (German is a plus)
  • Familiar with the grocery retail space
  • Strong hands-on mentality
