RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a candidate to join our Workforce Analytics unit effective immediately for a term of at least four month. As part of your (mandatory) internship, we offer you the opportunity to participate in preparing, implementing and analyzing employee surveys.
Giving and accepting feedback is our motto: Get to know the survey feedback process used at BASF and work with us to further develop it.
Forge new paths with us: Follow along with the individual steps of the process and support our committed, dedicated team, which operates globally, independently and on your own initiative.
Be right at the heart of the action instead of simply watching from the sidelines: With us, you can actively plan and organize various workshops and meetings.
Your opinion is important to us: Right from the start, we will emphasize capable and personal support and supervision and regular feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a student enrolled in a program in the social sciences, psychology, business education, business administration or a related discipline.
You are currently enrolled in the upper division or in a master’s or bachelor’s degree program and have earned at least 90 credits.
You have prior knowledge of work psychology and organizational psychology, personnel management and the methods used in empirical social research.
You are a proficient user of the standard MS Office programs.
You are happy to demonstrate your highly developed communication skills in both German and English.
You are impressive for your conceptual and analytical skills and your independent and reliable working style.
