Aufgaben

Beginning August 2021 we offer an internship in the area People Analytics & Technology with focus on Operational Excellence for a duration of six months. A following thesis is also possible.

Your New Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of global strategic projects within HR
  • Support Project Managers to plan and track strategic global projects and measure maturity status
  • Manage and create PM documentations such as manuals, charts and presentation.
  • Handle administrative tasks including creation of metrics, performance indicators and slide decks
  • Record relevant project results and storage data in a structured manner
  • Support the team on HR process landscape design and management activities
  • Support interactive sessions and strategy workshops for cross-functional teams, stakeholders and business partners.
Profil
  • Studies in the field of Business Administration, Psychology, Business Informatics or a comparable field of study
  • Basic knowledge in project and process management is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Lean/Six-Sigma tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Visual Factory, SIPOC, PDCA Cycle is an advantage
  • Confident handling of the MS Office programs
  • Fluent English and basic German skills in word and writing
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, creativity, initiative, teamwork, organization and communication skills
