We make logistics efficient! We are looking for comrades-in-arms for our adventure. We are a young, fast-growing company based in Nuremberg and Munich. We are looking for curious talents who want to build a strong product in a flat hierarchy together with the founding team.

Tasks
  • You will support our development team by optimizing the development processes
  • Facilitate daily-meetings, sprint planning and retrospectives
  • #unlockpotential in our development team by removing any obstacles that impede the team’s progress
  • Help the team establish a sustainable pace
  • Support the product owner in maintaing the product backlog
  • Track and communicate team progress and metrics
  • You will organize the onboarding of new colleagues
  • Support the documentation of product related topics

Requirements
  • You are a (Master) student in computer science, business informatics, information

technology systems, mechanical engineering or similar
  • First experiences as SCRUM-Master and hold knowhow about SCRUM/agile working
  • Strong communication skills (presentation, communication tools and methods,

mediation…)
  • Proficiency with office productivity applications (e.g., Microsoft Office), Jira and Confluence or you are willing to learn the ropes
  • Strong English skills, German is a benefit
  • You work on tasks independently, pragmatically, and solution-oriented
