What you can expect in this role

• You will be part of our Sales Steering Committee and act as a preparator and moderator
• You act as an interface between all contributing stakeholders and teams
• You will document the daily sales stand ups and pick up action points as well as track and ensure their implementation
• You will prepare the weekly steering meeting and ensure that all necessary inputs from the attendees are provided
• You will check on our KPIs and SKUs sellout repeatedly and ensure measures to be taken when needed
• Based on competition analysis, you prepare and present recommendations for actions
  

Your essential experience and education

• You have a study background in mathematics, statistics, economics, business administration or a comparable field
• You have advanced Excel skills
• SQL knowledge and previous experience with Tableau is an is a plus
• You have a high affinity for numbers and structured and detail-oriented mindset
• You have a fluent command of the English language, German is a plus
• You feel confident when speaking in front of a crowd
• A hands-on mentality with the willingness to continuously develop the position and the area of responsibility
• You are open-minded, curious and willing to learn
