EVEROMES is a well-funded start-up in PropTech, founded by serial entrepreneurs that have founded and invested early in successful tech-companies such as Groupon, Quandoo, and Watchmaster.

We have been in PropTech since 2017 - under the brand Prime Properties we develop high-end luxury real estate worth approx. EUR 100 Million every year in Europe’s most sought-after vacation destinations. With EVEROMES we will fundamentally disrupt the European vacation real estate market by enabling a broad mass of people to fulfill their dream of owning a luxury home through co-ownership.

For our international expansion to 8 new countries, we are putting together a team of high-performers that will have the opportunity to witness early stages of a start-up led by serial entrepreneurs. The role will be based in Munich and might include travel across high-end vacation destinations.

Start Date: We are currently evaluating candidates and will offer a limited number of qualified applicants to start in one of two cohorts (i) one cohort starting asap and (ii) one cohort starting later this year.

Tasks

  • Work closely with the founding team to identify, own, and deliver on the company’s highest priorities
  • Execute and own projects combating a variety of complex challenges that arise on the way of building a European unicorn
  • Build and optimise scalable processes to prepare the company for hyper growth
Requirements

  • You have previous internship experience in a fast-paced environment i.e. investment banking, private equity, consulting, venture capital, and/or start-up
  • You have a high degree of comfort with analytics, numbers and the capability to draw decisions based on both intuition and data
  • You thrive when working independently and having lots of responsibility
  • You are team-oriented and ambitious and have a hands-on mentality
  • You are fluent in English; another European language is a plus
