Summary & Role Information

We are looking for an (Interim) Entrepreneurship Education Lead (f/m/d) for the SAP.iO Intrapreneurship team - the contract will be limited until Q4/2022 as maternity cover for a colleague.

As part of the Intrapreneurship team, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Evolve our education program covering all aspects of launching a new venture
• Build on our previous work in this area, and help us increase the reach of our educational offerings broadly within SAP
• Conceptualize and implement new curricula with the aim to educate Intrapreneurs and their mentors on how to successfully build new ventures
• Identify new models of bringing the right content to foster an intrapreneurial mindset across SAP
• Coordinate the assembly and dissemination of educational materials with various groups inside of SAP
• Coordinate and facilitate pieces of training for employees at all levels of seniority, virtually and on-site across the globe
• Build a network of senior internal and external educational speakers and lecturers
• Record Podcasts, coordinate production of MooCs, write Blogs, and conduct lectures and pieces of training
• Work on a variety of topics, including Marketing and Sales, Management, Product Design, leveraging a number of formats
• Refine and evolve our channels to bring educational content to all SAP employees, targeted and broadly
  

Role Requirements

• Master’s degree (or higher), preferably in business administration or economics
• Profound understanding of key concepts related to entrepreneurship
• Proven teaching experience, preferably in entrepreneurship or related fields
• Prior experience conceptualizing, designing and implementing curricula
• Prior experience coordinating complex projects with a multitude of senior stakeholders
• Strong analytic skills
• Strong project management skills
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Fluency in English

• Entrepreneurial experience
• Experience as a mentor for early-stage startups
• Higher Education teaching
  

We are looking for professionals with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
