Airbus is looking for an Industrial Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager (d/f/m)who will collaborate with all IM (Information Management) domains, Corporate Security and our Industrial business domains to make Aircraft production more resilient to cyber attacks.The position is based in Hamburg . The industrial cyber security mission requires excellent understanding of our Aircraft production & production support processes from end to end, in order to achieve the business objectives and business continuity. Further we appreciate an excellent know-how of cyber security, of what cyber threats and risks our means of aircraft production are exposed to and how to help our plants to manage those risks. It is our common goal to be aware of how to control, countermeasure and ultimately mitigate those risks in a sustainable way - using the cyber solutions portfolio of IM Cyber Security.

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities:

The Industrial Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager (d/f/m)is a key role in Cyber Security Solutions and Services; She/he will be the bridge between the Industrial Business Domains and the cyber security technologies, solutions and services provided by the cyber security and Information Management organizations.

  • You closely collaborate and communicate with IM Industrial Cyber Security product managers and local plant business stakeholders as well as business project managers, architects and technical experts.

  • You build the delivery framework in collaboration with the department’s product manager.

  • You act as a delivery facilitator for the product managers/owners and offer support.

  • You are responsible for the build and maintenance of the reporting framework : KPIs definition, EXECs reports, operational reports, delivery reports, risks-oriented KPIs and trends.

  • With foresight you create positive synergies and interactions between products, processes and disciplines and foster a positive and healthy environment for collaboration and self-fulfillment.

  • You are monitoring, reporting and managing the fulfillment of the SLAs and track the costs allocation/spending and the burning rate.

  • You drive and report on the delivery of IS services according to Service Levels Agreements and cost optimization for infrastructure or applications.

  • Act as a Business Relationship Manager ( BRM) with key Airbus IM factories, if needed ( receive escalation, act as mediator/facilitator).

Desired skills and qualifications:

  • You successfully completed a degree in either Business Management, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering/Automation, Industrial Security/Operational Technology, Information Technology, Manufacturing Automation or bring an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • You have a very good understanding of the NIST Framework (ICS, SCADA), ISO/IEC 27001.

  • You already experienced shop floor processes and the business requirements in shop floor environments.

  • You are an expert in program/project management and in information systems security technology, ideally with focus/experience in delivery & portfolio.

  • Optional management experience in operational technology (OT).

  • You are characterized by your networking, communication and presentation skills.

  • You are able to communicate on a negotiation level in English to synthesize complex information and present it to stakeholders.
