We are looking for a Cologne or Berlin-based Implementation Manager Payment (m/f/d) DACH who will be responsible for payment solution roll-out for both, national and international B2B clients.

Your challenges

  • Support your clients and ensure outstanding service quality in answering requests and providing excellent advice with regards to payment implementation
  • Be the first touchpoint for Payment Consultants and act as an interface to set-up and operations teams
  • Act as a strong coordinator, supporting all internal business partners involved in the delivery process (including development and service) and controlling our offshore team
  • Execute Performance Monitoring based on tracking tools and initiating of measures for optimization
  • Ensure enhanced service and compliance with all SLAs and support continuous optimization of service processes
  • Always focus on cooperation, excellent customer service, and a passion for finding solutions

Your commitment

  • A commercial education – preferably in the travel industry – or a degree in Business Administration
  • Previous experience in service management and customer care in the IT, financial, and/or business travel environment
  • Basic knowledge of Project Management principles
  • Sound technical understanding, IT background preferred
  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
  • Excellent communication skills in both ways: understanding pain and gain of the customer and presenting best possible solutions
  • Structured way of working with a focus on results
  • A high level of self-motivation
  • Ability to work under time pressure
