International responsibility for Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental standards and auditing within a liquid logistics company in family hands.

Your Responsibilities & Tasks
  • Responsible for coordinating all group quality, health, safety and environment streams, policy and formulate the global strategy
  • Together with your HSEQ colleagues in the BUs, coordinate and participate in group HSE & Quality Forum that oversees and coordinates all corporate matters
  • Work with key stakeholders to manage and improve HSE & Quality performance across the business
  • Directly work with managers across the group and external auditing bodies to help maintain several ISO accreditations and industry assessments
  • Support analyses and assessments of relevant regulations, legislation, standards and development of procedures and instructions as well as oversight of HSE incident reporting database
  • Participate in projects in HSE & Quality, such as ISO 50001 implementation globally, crisis communication, process optimisation, intelligent measurement and interpretation of customer service and quality performance KPIs
Your Experience
  • You come with international experience in quality, health, safety and environmental auditing
  • This experience was gained within a logistics or manufacturing company and you had oversight over several locations
  • You have a strong profile in ISO 9001 certification and focus on health and safety aspects
  • You are digital savvy to manage the modernisation and digitalisation of HSEQ processes and systems
  • You are business fluent in English and at least conversational in German
  • Your office location can flexibly be set either in Hamburg, Dormagen (NRW) or Rotterdam (NL) but you should be open to travel within Germany and Central Europe (30-50%)
