Tasks
- Lead and develop to the next level our B2C Sales team
- Develop and own the sales roadmap for building the capabilities to deliver best-in-class customer experience
- Keep team spirit and motivate highly the sales team to achieve the best results possible
- Develop and empower your team leaders to the next success level
- Manage daily performance and hold regular 1:1 meetings
- Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
- Constantly improve the team’s skills by providing effective training and workshops
- All aspects of recruitment and selection for the sales department.
- Develop a per-country approach to improve different units simultaneously
- Work closely with other Zizoo Ops teams to uncover and address operational pain points
- Work closely with key stakeholders (marketing, product etc) to uncover and address customer pain points
- You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in an inside sales management function
- Have strong leadership and influencing skills
- Have the ability to track and manage multiple sales programs from inception to implementation
- Be able to collect, analyze, present data in support of recommendations
- Possess the ability to foster working relationships and establish trust across organizational lines both internally and with customers
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have strong impersonal skills and customer empathy
- Be highly organized with an ability to balance projects and escalations in a fast paced environment
- You are business driven - failure on your KPIs is not an option
- Salesforce Service or Sales Cloud knowledge
