A CFO/Head of Finance is required to undertake a key role within an established yet growing German Digital Health Start-Up. The role will be based in Berlin and flexible working is offered.

This is an excellent opportunity to move into a key strategic role within a high potential business, offering not only a great environment, but also a fantastic opportunity to grow with the company and share in their success.

**Applicants for this role will need to be fluent in both German and English and have previously held a lead finance role with a business offering a physical product**

Key responsibilities:

● Ownership of all financial and accounting processes

● Implementation and optimisation of controlling processes

● Monitoring and coordination of payment transactions

● Preparation of regular financial and investor reports

● In-house accounting

● Responsible for budget and forecast planning

● Manage relationships with external tax consultants, auditors and other service providers

What will you bring to the role:

● You are a fan of automating financial processes

● You are very strategic

● Degree in business administration, finance, controlling, economics or similar

● Practical experience in leading finance functions ideally with work experience in a start-up

● Experience in leadership/management positions

● You are happy to be hands on in your work

● High degree of initiative, flexibility and reliability

● Good German & English language skills
