Our central team of Performance Marketing specialists is looking for an experienced digital marketer to guide PUMA’s global performance marketing strategy and operations for e-Commerce.
This role will be contributing to the growth of all PUMA eCommerce businesses by shaping the overall strategic direction while providing guidance and support to our regional Performance Marketing teams across the world.
- Guide our central team performance marketing SMEs who support and develop the practices and skillsets of our local teams (including SEA, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate channels)
- Build effective working relationships across a matrixed organisation to steadily increase the level of optimisation for additional transactional traffic and conversion
- Strategically evolve global measurement practices in collaboration with data analysts, define requirements for reporting
- Partner directly with integrated marketing leadership across Brand, BU, and Area/Regional teams to foster a strategic, data-driven and consumer-focused approach across all digital touchpoints
- Work with CRM, Loyalty, and UX teams to improve the digital consumer experience and overall marketing effectiveness.

- Expert knowledge and holistic understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem (CRM, Social, Paid Search, Affiliate)
- Strong experience in leading performance marketing teams, ideally in an international online retail environment
- Analytical thinker, ability to define strategy and translate into channel goals. Strong understanding of the data- and reporting-side of the profession (forecasting, multi-touch attribution, etc)
- Ability to communicate and connect effectively across functions and cultures, and all levels of management
- Strong presentation skills, highly collaborative and supportive .
