So that’s us, now let’s talk about your role:
Taking strategic direction from the UK CEO and Group Exec, as Group Digital Transformation Lead,you’ll be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering a strategic digital calendar of activities and projects underpinning our Group Digital Transformation ambitions.
Using your outstanding interpersonal skills and effective stakeholder engagement you’ll facilitate collaboration at all levels across the Regional businesses to ensure successful delivery of the framework objectives maintaining cohesiveness with business strategy and goals.
With extensive knowledge of the digital landscape you’ll support the UK CEO with developing the Group Digital Transformation strategy, translating this into aligned regional action plans. Leveraging regional resources and digital expertise you’ll drive forward strategic initiatives across the Group with designing and delivering detailed implementation plans for all regions, considering the Regional business model nuances, legal, regulatory, and cultural requirements.
Being a highly organised self-starter, you’ll also coordinate the key transformation oversight, reporting and people engagement initiatives across the Group. This will include the assessment of digital maturity, establishing and monitoring key Digital performance indicators, coordinating the Group Digital Pivot Forum, as well as developing materials to allow stakeholders and investors to be kept informed as to progress.

What we need from you? To be successful in the role you’ll have demonstrable experience of:
- Developing, delivering, and implementing a wide variety of transformation project plans from conceptualisation through to benefits realisation
- Translating high-level concepts into actionable recommendations through to implementation
- Working across multiple matrixed teams
- Successfully leading business colleagues through a challenging period of change
- Working in first-in-class transformation teams within a regulated environment (Financial Services highly preferable)
- Strong programme management skills, ideally with a strong background in process improvement and implementing digital/self-service solutions in regulated businesses
- Digitally savvy and capable of using data driven insight to engage stakeholders and drive decision making
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders at all levels
- Lean process and/or Agile experience (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience of working in a fast-paced, forward-thinking transformation team
- Ability to influence and challenge, bold, resilient, and pragmatic in approach
- Self-starter, able to work independently with excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience of Web services, Apps, Digital services as well as Intelligent Automation desirable.
- Fluent in Business English
