- Support Product Quality Engineering - setup and evaluate product qualification
- Ensure compliance - Qualification standards and policies, data analysis, risk and change management
- Be the voice of the customer - Quality requirements and customer expectations concerning product qualification and release as well as quality assurance and controls
- Have an integrated view – Rotate in our organization between wafer diffusion, device assembly, new product development and quality management
- Take responsibility with perseverance - You are closely incorporated in functional and project tasks and into the daily operational work for all quality aspects
- Close cooperation - You have a personal mentor throughout the program
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, material science, physics or related field
- Interested in semiconductor technology
- Affinity to relate quality requirements to technical aspects of the devices
- Strong communication skills in English and German to drive the international teams
- International experience gained during studies or internships
- Strong level of motivation and willingness to learn in challenging environment
- Combination of proactive quality mindset with out-of-the-box thinking, which welcomes changes and views problems as opportunities
- Strong collaborative and team-working skills, structured and solution-oriented working methods
