Job Highlights

As Global Pricing Manager Polyamides At Envalior, You Will Be Responsibility For Global Pricing Strategy Of The Business Line, Harmonizing Cross-regional Go-to-market Approach And Ensuring a Value Based Pricing To Optimize The Commercial Performance Of a Business Line, Which Consists Of Two Main Elements

• Define quarterly pricing guidance for the regions together with Business Directors and VP Business to optimize unit margins per product line
• You will manage high complexities in pricing logic due to complicated product structure (>500 products each in several colors and different packaging all to be priced separately)
• Lead complex customer structures (global vs regional - interlinked Tier 1, OEMs and molders different end applications with different value propositions)
• work with a variety of contract structures (single contracts vs general frame work agreements, monthly to yearly pricing, formula based prices based on either market or raw material formulas as well as spot prices)
• Build and steer global pricing process complicated due to regional sales setup and regional budget responsibility
• Evaluate complex price control data with different effects of pricing like bundling effects, rebates, …
• Implementation of a global value pricing process to maximize value and minimize risk of losing business
• Definition and update of global pricing strategy
• Development of a global pricing process
• Steering of pricing process
• Development of differentiated pricing models for specialties and commodities
• Analysis of price data for further price differentiation
• Price controlling
  

Requirements

• Master Degree, PhD or MBA, Chemical- and consulting background desired
• Several years experience in this field of expertise
• Project Management Experience essential
• Experienced in strategic marketing of chemical goods
• Experience of Sales of engineering plastics
• Knowledge/Understanding of Finance and Control
