Global Customer Service Manager – Smart Factory Automation (w/m/d)

Tasks
  • Management and control of service organization for Smart Factory Automation (SFA) with expectation of fast growth
  • Development and implementation of a result-oriented service concept to realize the goal of establishing a business "Service“
  • Development of new innovative service products, establishment of sales & marketing strategy for SFA, including pricing of service & spare parts based on corporate strategy
  • Sales responsibility with focus on sales and marketing activities
  • Close cooperation with Sales business units and other internal departments
  • Mapping of service structure for ISRA Automotive, Perceptron and QUISS to define future roadmap
  • To increase the effectiveness of the technical team, plan and realize the future organizational structure of the team in line with the goal of continuous growth
  • Leading the efforts to improve and expand the business by regular meetings with key customers under agreement, analyzing customer requirements. Preparation and implementation of action plans according to those analysis
  • Further develop and expand Training Academy and internal competence development
  • Preparing needed management reports for SFA service
  • To be responsible for employee selection and development. Performing performance evaluations of the team, Supporting the individual development by offering training / action plans in order to create a team with all the competencies and skills needed to achieve high level of success
  • Responsible for continuous improvement of customer satisfaction
Your Profile
  • Completed technical university studies (electrical engineering, automation technology or comparable) Alternatively completed technical training with corresponding commercial / technical advanced training
  • Several years of professional and management experience in the area of customer support and service, ideally in the sectors of special machine construction (mechanically/electronically complex machines), plant construction and/or automation solutions
  • Experience in successfully leading an international or solid local team
  • A result oriented working style, ability to motivate, inspire and lead teams
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and analytically
  • Very good IT skills, especially in MS Office applications
  • Collabrative, open minded, resourceful, Entrepreneurial
  • Leadership and coaching skills
  • Strategical thinking and long term planning
  • High level of contact and conflict management skills combined with integrative strengths in terms of open and direct communication and information internally and externally, mental and physical resilience, high level of self-motivation and independence and a high degree of organizational talent
  • Very good written and spoken English skills (German is plus)
