Role – Functional Lead Consultant
Location – Marktoberdorf, Germany

Responsibilities:

  • Providing process / functional / template solution knowledge and expertise for the relevant process area(s)
  • Maintaining the process definitions for the relevant process areas
  • Safeguarding the design principles of the processes
  • Ensuring that the process and solution design / build accurately reflects the business specification;
  • Owning the template solution (processes and system) design;
  • Approval of all functional specifications
  • Ensure the correct setup, design & execution (running where necessary) localisation/fit gap workshops for rollouts;
  • Analysing requirements coming from localisation/fit gap and initiate and sponsor any change requests where relevant;
  • Being a key member of "Decision Groups" for their accountable processes;
  • Proactively engaging/networking with key stakeholders for rollout on their accountable processes;
  • Guiding all programmes/projects on template processes / solutions and capability / gaps;
  • Completion/approval of all change requests to the template (processes/solution);
  • Where relevant, become the process lead in programmes / initiatives beyong primary transformation programme
  • Support business change impacts of the solution and how to manage readiness including learnings and best practice for implementation;
  • Analyzes the technical documents (specifications, calculation notes, drawings, etc.) in order to assess the scope of the studies required and the potential risks.
  • Coordinate with information technology department and prepare designs for functional specifications.
  • Analyze functional requirements and collect all requirements and document processes.
  • Establish business processes, analyze existing process and recommend improvements to same.
  • Develop project plans for business and ensure appropriate implementation of plans.
  • Develop new process and provide support to various migration data process.
