We are looking for a People & Culture working student (all genders) to join our team remotely. You will actively shape the growth path of our organization to become Europe’s leading logistics collaboration platform provider. In this role, you will closely collaborate with our Head of People & Culture and the team, aiding in ensuring seamless people operation processes.

Tasks

  • You will take ownership of our onboarding process and make sure our new joiners have an awesome experience and are smoothly integrated
  • You create documents and contracts for employees while adhering to relevant legal and internal guidelines
  • You will maintain employee data in our HR system, Personio, and assist in generating reports to provide our teams with valuable insights
  • You support the development and use of our people enablement platform, Leapsome, to foster employee development, feedback processes, and learning paths
  • You assist in conducting regular pulse checks and capturing employee feedback to foster engagement and satisfaction within the team
  • You make an impact and drive new initiatives and projects to grow and enable our team, and take an active role in implementing people & culture processes
Requirements

  • Ideally, you are studying business administration, psychology or a related field and you´ve already gained experience in “people & culture” topics
  • You make things happen and are motivated by having a real impact on the success of the business
  • You are curious and proactively engage with people through excellent communication skills in German and English
  • You are creative and act courageously to make a difference in our ambiguous environment
  • You work in a focused and structured manner
