Duration: 1 year contract – extendable
Requirement: Enrolled at a University
Location: Düsseldorf
Working Hours: Up to 20 hours per week

Are you a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a passion for numbers and a keen interest in the world of E-commerce? Join our dynamic team as a Working Student (m/f/d) - Invoice Controlling and be at the forefront of financial excellence in the fast-paced and ever-expanding E-commerce industry!

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Finance team to review and process invoices, ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to verify invoice accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and validate billing information from vendors and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track and manage expenses, ensuring budget compliance and optimizing cost-efficiency.
  • Assist in monitoring payment timelines and vendor relations, ensuring smooth financial transactions for seamless E-commerce operations.
  • Contribute to generating comprehensive reports and presentations, providing valuable insights into financial performance for management review.
You’ve got
  • Enrolled in a university course – ideally in a business or economics related course
  • A strong passion and about 16-20 hours a week to shape the future of e-commerce
  • Ideally, first working experiences – even if in a different setting
  • Excellent communication skills and an analytical mindset
  • A structured, organized way of working; conscientious and reliable
  • Good knowledge in relevant IT applications - MS Excel knowledge
  • English and one European language such as Italian, Spanish, French or Dutch is essential
  • Fluency in any other European Language is a plus
