As an integral part of the BCG Platinion business service team, part of the Boston Consulting Group, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our company.

We are looking for a Student Staffing (m/f/d)for 20 hours per week for the Cologne location. You will support our colleagues in Staffing and gain exciting insights into the internal processes of an IT management consultancy. The staffing team manages the effective and efficient deployment planning of our consultant primarily in Europe, but also worldwide

  • You support the team in the varied daily operations
  • You participate in staffing projects and take over administrative and research activities
  • You support the team in the conception and creation of evaluations, reports and dashboards for the management

This is how you make a difference
  • You are at the beginning of your Master’’s or Bachelor’’s degree
  • You have very good MS Office skills
  • Your appearance is professional, open and friendly
  • You have good communication skills in German and English
  • A detailed and independent way of working is a matter of course for you
  • You are a team player and organizational talent - You are interested in recruiting IT specialists
