Your tasks:
- Being the key driver for identifying and developing global industry specific solutions (including bundling product, IT, marketing and legal input) based on customer requirements which can be used for all customers
- Conducting development planning for the assigned vertical market and setting and achieving sales budget targets for the vertical market
- Identification and targeting of new business opportunities or expansion projects
- Assuming monitoring responsibility for tendering and implementation processes and contents for assigned accounts
- Conducting customer/strategy workshops in the assigned vertical market and actively supporting customer projects
- Coordination and alignment of activities with respective Products or Business Development functions within the Products
- Coordinating customer topics and issues pursuant to the customer contract SOP between the areas Legal DB Schenker and Risk Analysis & Insurance Management
- Taking the lead in realizing growth with named customers above market growth together with the respective Global and Enterprise Account Management
- Pro-actively supporting requests for quotations and implementation processes for new business opportunities Finance and Logistics Board Division DB Schenker Business Unit
- Monitoring the support processes at the customers’ place of business
- Steering market and competition monitoring in the assigned vertical market
- Identifying and developing DB Schenker cross-selling solutions
Your profile:
- University degree or comparable
- Several years proven experience within a similar position
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented attitude
- Good communication and moderation skills in various international stakeholder levels
- The ability to work collaboratively across diverse groups of business and stakeholder
- Strong leadership skills, intercultural competence, global mindset, strong communication skills, solution orientation, willingness to learn and flexibility
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Professional communication skills
- High motivation
