Job Description

Major accountabilities:

  • Provide administrative support, under close supervision, in the implementation of various TMOD processes (i.
  • e: learning nomination process, staff orientation and integration process, employee surveys) for a predefined population -Handle and coordinate administrative tasks ( e.g. maintain and P&O information systems, follows up employee inquiries and provides reliable information on basic TMOD processes, participates in projects aimed at improving administrative processes, etc.) to support the implementation of various TMOD solutions, programs and initiatives -Coordinate existing vendor contracts, providing input for the negotiation of standard programs contracts -Provide logistical and administrative assistance in the delivery of trainings and staff orientation and integration process -Coordinate the administration of systems, following up users inquiries supporting the delivery of users’ trainings -Coordinate analyzes/researches on TMOD issues and prepare relevant reports -Provide assistance to TMOD projects at country or BU level -Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)

Minimum Requirements:

Work Experience

  • Industry/ Business Exposure.
