Summary of Role We are looking for a Technology Development Technician (m/f/d) with strong Fab system knowhow to support our very important technology transfer activities in the technology development department in Fab1 Dresden/Germany. You will be a member of a highly skilled PM teamworking on process transfers to other manufacturing sites as well as development projects to add new innovative features into our 22FDX platform. The task of the team is to transfer the technology in-time and first time right to fulfil the growing customer demand. Essential Responsibilities include - wafer logistics for development material for shipments to receiving fabs - strong interaction with counterpart in receiving fabs - silicon starts coordination - lot tracking for development WIP - attend weekly interlock with production control to address development WIP bottlenecks - support development of automated lot logistic system for transfers together with PM - creation of all types of measurement requests - Route and product creation, as well as route change implementation Required Qualifications - You have gained a Technician/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Information Technology Engineering or related field and 3 years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry and would like to make the next step in your career. - You are passionate about laboratory testing and electronics and have a sense of logistics for high end measurement labs. - You have a basic knowledge of electronic circuits and transistor physics and its characterization. Measurement methodologies allow you to actively contribute to the device development department. - In addition, you also have some experience with measurement software, data extraction software and logistics as well as services and maintaining/sustaining of advanced measurement equipment. - We are looking for a team player with strong communication skills who can efficiently exchange ideas and share results within the team with a different technical background. - We expect competence in both, written and spoken English as well as solid knowledge in use of standard office software (Excel/PowerPoint).
