Job Description

The Technical Writer is responsible for generating innovative ideas for content while working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The position researches processes and technologies to be documented and easily understood by a broad audience.

This role may be located in MIA, PHL, LON, PAR, and FRA.

Primary Duties
  • Meet with subject matter experts to create global processes and workflows
  • Analyze information required for the development of or update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, User Guidelines and Forms
  • Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions
  • Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for greatest reader comprehension
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
  • Communicate ideas and viewpoints to leadership

Requirements
  • Prior experience with authoring SOPs for GCP, GMP or GDP, or technical writing for software systems such as user guides and training materials
  • Self-initiator, strong collaborator, results driven, ability to clearly track work status and communicate
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Proficiency in SharePoint (preferred)
