The Opportunity

Do you have what it takes to manage the product definition and cross departmental projects of an international market leader in spatial technologies?

In this role, you will use your deep experience in hardware as well as software, together with your proactiveness, to manage the lifecycle phases of our products across all relevant teams at NavVis.

If you are eager to drive projects of strategic impact, such as new product development, while also collaborating with a variety of teams on dynamic and challenging tasks, then you just might be the person we’re looking for!

How You Will Make An Impact
  • You will have the crucial responsibility of coordinating and aligning product development across our Product Management, Product Strategy, Design and Engineering (Hardware) as well as Mapping and Perception (Software) departments
  • You will manage and coordinate relevant meetings to bring the right stakeholders across the organisation together and ensure alignment
  • You will take on the ownership and coordination of the Product Definition Process and product lifecycle for Hardware devices within the Reality Capture team
  • You will play an active role in understanding dependencies and collecting the basis for decision making, as well as managing risks
  • You will have the key task of condensing and prioritizing existing projects and resources in order to set a clear focus for all stakeholders involved

What Will Help You Succeed In The Role
  • 2-3 years of experience in Product -, Project-, or Program Management
  • Background in electronics, mechatronics, embedded system or mechanical engineering, or other technical background combining both hardware and software
  • Solid experience in technical project/program management
  • Excellent communication skills, accompanied by a pragmatic and solution driven attitude
  • Ability to simultaneously handle and structure multiple topics
  • Experience working with SCRUM in an agile environment, JIRA or Confluence as well as familiarity with OKRs will be an added bonus!

How we will know if we are a perfect match

Your recruiting partner for this role is Stavroula (she/her). You can expect to go through a screening call, and up to four rounds of interviews, where we would love to discover your passion and interests, introduce you to who we are and what drives us, and finally understand how we can potentially add value to each other’s growth.

How We Will Keep You Smiling
  • It’s important to take a break from work! We offer 30 days of paid time off per year
  • We offer flexible working hours and a hybrid work setup, enabling you to plan your work around your life, and not your life around work!
  • A competitive compensation package that values the skills and experience you bring
  • Up to 4000 EUR employee referral bonus
  • German language classes to help you in your journey of integrating into the German culture!
