We are seeking an individual who will provide employee related support to both employees and leaders in an exciting, unique, fast-paced, and fun environment. This position reports to the European Talent Relations Senior Manager. What You’ll Do

  • Lead a team of ER Specialists that will manage ER issues impacting our DE and POL employees
  • Individual Case Management which includes leading and facilitating investigations
  • Act as a point of appeal on a broad variety of Employee Relations cases at various levels
  • Coaching & counselling leaders on policy & procedures, employment/labour laws, conflict resolution while effectively mitigating business and company risk
  • Creating & Reviewing of HR policies & procedures with a particular focus on identifying any compliance issues
  • Partner with the relevant CoEs to provide developmental training and coaching on employee relations techniques, corrective action and documentation and performance management best practices
  • Identifying trends in ER issues and work with relevant TSBP’s and Senior Leadership to reduce these
  • Managing or participating in special projects / programs / continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Need

  • 5 years + of experience in an HR Generalist/ ER Specialist role with people management experience
  • Extensive knowledge of DE labour law is a must, while knowledge of other EU countries is a benefit
  • Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
  • Ideally, a completed apprenticeship as a "Personalfachmann/-frau" or a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business/ a related field
  • A solution-oriented approach & a high degree of business acumen, analytical capability and an ability to adapt to continuous change
  • Proven ability to effectively build relationships with individuals at varying levels within an organization
  • Proven ability to create, analyse and report data as it relates to people metrics
