Your responsibility and tasks

  • You support software development and our customers by providing solutions to their problems written and verbally.
  • You work closely with our expert teams and development for advanced analysis and solution finding.
  • You are in charge of basic product training.
  • You will diagnose and troubleshoot software problems and help customers to fix them taking into account the applicable SLAs.
  • You track typical roots of problems and software development to become better.
  • You prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
  • You will advise software engineers on typical problems of customers.
  • You document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
Your profile

  • You hold a university degree in computer science, engineering or apprenticeships in a similar field.
  • You have at least 2 years of proven hands-on expertise in the field of technical support.
  • you are used in supporting users with implementation of new software.
  • You are able to analyse and troubleshoot technical problems.
  • You have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • You are well acquainted with using MS Office apps, requirement engineering apps, Jira Software and/or ServiceDesk, and Confluence.
  • You speak and write fluent German and English.
