We are hiring a Supply Chain Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our global team. You will be responsible to lead several projects to increase the service level to the customers and improve the profitability of our portfolio. You will be working closely with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations to realize the SCM strategy.

In addition, you will play a key role for our digital journey which is essential to achieve the long-term vision. We expect you have knowledge and experience in project management, and you are excellent in driving cross-functional collaboration and communications.

Your responsibility:

• Lead and drive projects to realize the SCM strategy and digital journey within agreed scope, schedule, and budget
• Working closely with Sales and Operations on the business case for new manufacturing locations and ensure the projects are delivered accordingly
• Manage the project risks proactively and ensure sufficient communication to the internal stakeholders when necessary
• Build and maintain SCM global project pipeline
• Propose new initiatives when observing good opportunities to improve SCM performance and profitability

Your profile and skills:

• You successfully completed your University degree in Business/Management, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field
• A minimum of 3 years working experience in Supply Chain. Professional knowledge and skills in Project Management are desired
• You are structured and excellent in time management, with the ability to manage several sub-projects at the same time
• You can lead projects and people. You know how to bring people onboard without official authority and you have experiences working with people from various cultural backgrounds
• You are proactive, driven, and assertive. At the same time, you also listen and show empathy and respect to others
• You speak English at the business proficient level. Knowledge of German, Japanese or Mandarin Chinese is a plus
• Good knowledge of Project management tools and MS Excel
