Job Description

Your job will be to work on different projects of the supply chain by performing a variety of tasks. You will be able to gain experience while deepening your knowledge of the whole supply chain management and working in an international supply chain enabler company.

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Inventory management and control
  • Planning and executing supply chain and logistics activities (Creating orders, comparing quotations, and arranging the shipments)
  • Performing customized warehouse operations.
  • Support ongoing projects and prepare presentations.
  • Invoice controlling
  • Commute to our DC, in Mainsped Germany
Qualifications
  • You are currently studying economics, industrial engineering or another economic or technical course of study, preferably with a focus on supply chain management
  • Strong and pro-active communication skills
  • Curiosity and endurance to fully understand new topics and fields
  • Confident to use MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Your have structured problem-solving skills, being target orientated and your ability to think logically to understand complex context are very welcome
  • Fluent in English, German is an advantage
  • Experience in the Customer Service / Support, especially within the logistics and IT Environment, is a big plus
Additional Information

We are based in Rüsselsheim, very close to Frankfurt and for this job it’s required to often commute to our DC, in Mainsped.

For the hand-over in December 2021 we would need you to work a few hours which will be compensated by hourly rate. By January 2022 you will be working 50% which equals 20 h per week during your studies.
