Job Description

You’ll be powering Issuer & eSecurity Services
As Lead Test Manageryou’ll join an open and sharing community with highly skilled colleagues.
You’ll be part of Delivery Excellence, a team of project managers and test managers who are committed to delivering high quality and timely deliverables to our customers. The projects we work with are related to onboarding of new customers, implementing a new product to existing customers or a combination of the two. Currently we have an extensive pipeline of strategically important projects and we really look forward to have you onboard for this journey.
Your key tasks and responsibilities are
    to create and maintain a Test strategy and overall test framework
    To be overall responsible for all activities related to testing in customer onboardings
    To lead test workstreams on customer projects
    To create high level test plans for individual projects and to follow up with the teams
    To present test strategy and approach on steering boards and customers

Qualifications

Your tech skills and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s also your personality that makes the difference at Nets. Our team is multicultural and we enjoy sharing the differences of culture and opinions. We also like to have your opinion and input as part of the added value in our team.
    You have a background as experienced test manager, preferably within the payments sector and you have vast experience with projects containing migrations.
    Your formal education is academic and within IT engineering and you have knowledge of various test tools, e.g. HP ALM, Zephyr, PractiTest or similar.
    You have the ability to grasp understanding of complex systems and you can translate business and technical requirements into clear test tasks.
    You have a strong understanding of testing principles and methods, ISTQB certificates are seen as advantage, as is knowledge of test automation frameworks.
    If you have experience with working agile, more specifically within the SAFe framework, it is an advantage.
    German language is mandatory for this position
Personal skills:
    You must have a leadership attitude
    You must be able to communicate with executives in a clear and concise manner on an overall level that makes the art of testing understandable.
    Additionally, you will communicate and inspire testers and developers in a detailed manner, so it is clear that you understand the domain area of testing.
