About the role
Within the Technology & Operations (T&O) Controlling team you are working as a financial analyst supporting the finance team during month-end closure, financial planning, reporting / analysis and improvement projects such as SAP S4 implementation.
You will learn and grow in a fast paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with colleagues across several international locations, departments and functions.
What you will do
  • Key contact with all international T&O sites, challenge financial performance and support financial improvement
  • Prepare financial metrics, trends and KPIs
  • Consolidate monthly results & quarter outlook for T&O and perform monthly variance analysis against targets
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting package and presentations for T&O leadership team
  • Coordinate and consolidate rolling financial forecast process for T&O
  • Support cost analysis, cost roadmap & benchmarks
  • Support on SAP S4 implementation
  • Generate ideas and develop new ways to improve processes
  • Back End Engineering Controlling
  • Support monitoring of internal controls and assess level of controls
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
  • Contribute to global projects
What you will need
  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Controlling or related Finance processes - preferably experience in Operations/Manufacturing environment
  • Know how in intercompany pricing models / cost modelling
  • Accounting/IFRS/GAAP knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP/BW
  • Fluency in English (speaking/writing)
  • Fast anticipation of data and information
  • Independent worker able to deliver according to plan
