The Role

The MIRAKL Platform Specialist will be primarily responsible for the operation, customization, and configuration of the MIRAKL Marketplace Platform within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the MIRAKL system, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and an ability to translate stakeholder requests into actionable improvements in the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the MIRAKL platform.
• Deep understanding and expertise of the MIRAKL platform to ensure optimal usage and performance in the organization.
• Configuring and customizing the MIRAKL platform based on collected requests from various stakeholders
• Train and guide staff in understanding and leveraging the MIRAKL platform.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the MIRAKL platform.
• Regularly liaise with stakeholders, gathering and implementing their feedback to optimize the use of the MIRAKL system.
• Regularly review the system to identify opportunities for improvement, increased efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the Marketplace Program team to ensure the platform supports the overarching IT and business strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features of MIRAKL, implementing relevant ones into the organization’s system

Your Profile

• Proven experience with the MIRAKL system, preferably in an enterprise setting.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of the Marketplace domain and technology
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• The MIRAKL Platform Specialist role is essential for the successful implementation and operation of the MIRAKL platform in the organization, directly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of Marketplace Initiative
