  • Drive the automotive change by managing individual, complex, cross-regional automotive innovation projects in close collaboration with the product development department
  • Create and align on project time schedule and resource planning
  • Update and report on project progress and proactive stakeholder management
  • Prepare and present projects for decision meetings and reviews
  • Manage and report project relevant KPIs
  • Identify risks and define countermeasures
  • Take lead in case of problems, conflicts & escalations
  • Guide project team members to properly use project tools, templates and deliverables
  • Drive cross-project/business initiatives to foster best practice exchange and continuous improvement
  • Maintain the project up-to-date within the project management system landscape
  • Travel up to 30% within Europe

YOUR SKILLS
  • Master’s degree in the business or chemical field
  • 5 years professional experience within the automotive environment
  • Experience in program and portfolio management highly desired
  • Proven track record in a project management discipline, professional certification is a plus (PMP or similar)
  • Experience with Planview project management software preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and cultural sensitivity
  • Proactive and anticipating thinking, positive and energetic approach with a “can-do” mindset
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Fluent English language skills, German language skills are beneficial
