Your Tasks

Investigate & evaluate the energy, mobility and health markets with the focus on industry trends, consumer needs, competition and commercial potential to facilitate decision-making processes
Owner of the overall venture evaluation phases (Ideation, Conception, Incubation and Growth) as well as the overall opportunity roadmap and KPI’s
Drive the design sprints of the early ideation phase to explore and design market opportunities together with interdisciplinary team
Develop profound business models and business cases for new products & services, giving a strong overview on benefits, risk, costs and timescales
Give recommendations to build, buy, invest or cooperate with a partner to execute the go-to market strategy
Collaborate with central business units to ensure a value-add venture is build based on strategic priorities and capabilities

Your Profile

A top of class degree tied to business administration or engineering from an university that is renowned for fostering practical experiences and innovation excellence
5 years of relevant work experience in consulting, venture building or tech startups and proven track record of successful venturing
Industry know-how in Mobility, Energy & Health (at least 1-2 years)
Used to be passionate about technological trends, innovation and startups
Proactive, taking ownership and responsibility for assigned initiatives as well as able to take complex problems and break them down into actionable steps and a project plan
Extensive knowledge of lean startup and agile methodologies and tools; clear understanding of digital business model building and execution
Experience with product prototyping and testing
Curious analytical, conceptual, operational and being creative at the same time
Thinks and acts as entrepreneur
True team player who is committed to put the team always first, always
Fluent in English and German
