We are looking for a HR Controllerwho is highly experienced and passionate about Finance & FP&A and driving change / improvement in a digital environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Key contact for FP&A team on all HR-related topics
  • Preparation of monthly HR reportingsand ad-hoc analysis for cost center responsibles and the CFO
  • Personal cost and headcount planning as well as regular variance analysis and forecasts
  • Continuous development of our HR management and headcount planning
  • Optimization of HR and Controlling related processes
  • Support teams on financial and non-financial planning
  • Monthly Financial closing support, variance and driver analysis
  • Project work
What You Should Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher and ideally some additional Finance education
  • Multiple years of experience in connecting HR Controlling and Finance topics (e.g. resource planning etc.)
  • Advanced capabilities with MS Office, especially Excel
  • Advanced English and German skills
  • High level of commitment, initiativeand resilience
  • Accuracy and striving for quality
  • Being able to work independently and structurally, but fit well in a team
