We are looking for a Senior Consultant - Order to Cash Europe (all genders) to join our Finance Systems Europe Team.
As a Senior Consultant - Order to Cash Europe, you will be part of the regional Europe team in the Finance Systems department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing and streamlining our solutions supporting Order to Cash processes across our European markets (currently 13 markets on SAP). As a key member of our Europe Hub, you will have the opportunity to lead projects, collaborate with business users and stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems and processes.

Your mission:
  • Directly reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance Systems Europe Hub ; overseeing the implementation and enhancements of our Order to Cash solutions (mostly SAP) for a part of the markets within the Europe region, mainly focusing on order integration, pricing and billing.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business users, and stakeholders to understand their requirements, define priorities, and propose innovative solutions that align with the organization’s goals.
  • Derive the business priorities into technical / development priorities and be responsible for the development items to be prioritized into development sprints for Order to Cash Europe.
  • Project management from clear scope definition to the closure of the project, ensuring successful project delivery, and optimizing system functionality. You will also provide expert guidance on best practices and contribute to the overall strategy for process improvement within the Order to Cash domain.
  • As part of project management, act as the cross-functional leader of the project for Finance Systems teams, ensuring all dependencies are covered and risks are understood/mitigated. When required and relevant, adopt a “hands-on” approach to design, configure and customize solutions.
  • Focus on user experience to gain market and region knowledge, spend time with key users and occasionally end users to understand their pain points, hence improving the relevance of solutions proposed and designed.
  • Work with the central Order to Cash team within the Finance Systems department, to address template gaps or requirements for new and innovative solutions.
  • Oversee support process & ticket resolution for Order to Cash solutions (mostly done through a 3rd-party back office) and manage escalations and exceptions.
Your heroic skills:
  • Extensive SAP SD or SAP BRIM Experience: You should have a deep understanding of SAP SD or SAP BRIM modules (at least 4-6 years), including configuration, customization, and integration aspects. Your hands-on experience with these systems will enable you to effectively address complex business requirements.
  • Project Management Expertise: As a Senior Consultant, you must have a proven track record of leading projects successfully. Your ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion will be essential in driving impactful change within our organization.
  • Business Acumen: You should be adept at engaging with business users and stakeholders, actively listening to their needs, and translating those requirements into effective solutions. Your strong analytical skills will help you identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
  • Excellent Communication: Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will allow you to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. You will facilitate workshops, present solutions, and collaborate with colleagues across different teams and levels.
  • Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset will enable you to contribute to the development of long-term plans for improving our Order to Cash processes. You will identify trends, anticipate challenges, and recommend proactive measures to enhance our operational efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Your ability to work closely with colleagues, sharing knowledge and providing mentorship, will contribute to the overall growth of the team.
