For our client, an international consulting firm, we are currently filling the following position on a remote freelance basis:

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) SAP HCM

Ihr Aufgabenprofil

  • Participate in Project On-Boarding, Local Design Bootcamps
  • Provide local country specific questions to gather current state requirements, participate in requirement gathering with the client, lead country specific Local Design phase activities - country-specific data conversion requirements, Requirements Traceability Matrix and related fit/gap,
  • Business Process Workbooks, Process Flows, Configuration Workbooks, Country Specific Test Strategy Components, Functional Design Specifications, and facilitate Local Design Workshops, obtain Sign-Off on Local Design requirements and design
  • Lead confirmation of country-specific compliance requirements for Germany
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the clients Country Deployment Leads
  • Lead configuration and functional unit testing of Employee Central, PCC, and EC Payroll for local country requirements, Functional Unit Testing (FUT) scenarios, System Integration Testing (SIT) scenarios, coordinate PSP Support Activities for clarifications required to complete EC, PCC, and ECP configuration, provide functional input into the Operational Transition Management (OTR) workstream and Technical Workstream to complete necessary deliverables. Provide coaching and guidance to the clients Country Deployment Leads
  • Support preparation for and execution of System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing and lead issue resolution, lead preparation for and execution of Pay Compare and issue resolution for Germany
  • Lead implementation and completion of cut-over activities for Country deployment. Provide support for 2 months of hypercare - go-live pay period (1 month) and one pay period (1 month). Provide functional input into the Operational Transition Management (OTR) workstream and Technical Workstream to complete necessary deliverables. Provide coaching and guidance to clients Country Deployment Leads

Ihr Qualifikationsprofil

  • Expertise in SAP HCM Payroll / EC Payroll for Germany
  • Expertise in SAP HCM Payroll / EC Payroll for UK, Switzerland
  • At least 5 years of project expertise
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
