We are looking for an experienced business development professional to join our commercial organization. This position is perfect for someone with a consulting background eager to move into the tech world! You ensure the development and implementation of efficient Business Development processes and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the company.

Your role and goals:

• Work closely with the commercial leadership on business development and organizational topics
• Influence key decisions by identifying, analyzing and validating new growth opportunitiesfor our sales team; become a thought leader in all aspects of the business
• Implement and leverage processes, methods and metrics to assess and monitor our internal performance
• Initiate conversations with industry leaders tounderstand their key needs and upcoming projects to grow our business
• strong cross functional project management expertises for Conduct ideation / innovation workshops / projects internally as well as with partners on new solutions across a variety of industries
• Prepare reporting for our Management.

What you bring to the team:

• Passionate about the FinTech industry, sharing our deep appreciation for financial services, Open Banking and digital technology (e.g. you also support the Open Data initiative of the EU)
• Demonstrate considerable and vast amounts of experience in a relevant function within the financial services industry on an European level,preferably with a background in consulting, payment or banking (experience within a start-up is a big plus)
• An entrepreneurial spirit and a result-oriented and trustworthy working style
• Solid analytical and conceptual skills as well as capacity for abstract analysis
• Great network in the European fintech scene (preferable Germany, Spain, Austria) helps you to build and maintain strong relationships with management teams and key players
• Business fluentlanguage skills in German and English (a must)as well as Spanish (a plus).
