This is an exciting opportunity which encompass both data analysis as well as communication and marketing insights. You will be responsible for pricing initiatives for our leading THV business unit across Europe and support the organization with high quality analyses into market conditions. You will provide support by processing data and collecting new data to support Leadership and Marketing team decisions.

We have flexibility on the level depending on the years and scope of your experience. We are either hiring Senior Analyst or Associate Manager/Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the analysis on pricing data and develop forecasts and models in partnership with finance to track key pricing indicators
  • Develop pricing strategy within EU region for both the current commercial products and for new product launches in partnership with stakeholders
  • Develop tools and templates that enable informed retrospective business analysis and prospective business planning on pricing
  • Play an instrumental role in the design and execution of the annual strategic planning process while contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards
  • Analyse market trends based on various sources (e.g., market reports, primary research, competitive intel, etc)
  • Present findings to key decision-makers through weekly/ monthly meetings.
  • Other incidental duties – eg. participation in different cross-departmental projects

Education And Experience
  • University Degree – minimum Bachelor´s, ideally Master´s
  • Senior Analyst: 3+ years of experience in pricing, business strategy and/or financial planning
  • (Associate) Manager: 6 + years of experience in pricing, business strategy and/or financial planning
  • Experience from Medical Devices is of advantage but not mandatory

Additional Skills
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to communicate, build relationships and interact professionally within all organizational levels
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
  • Proven expertise in both Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel
  • Experience with Business Intelligence software/ Data Science Tool (eg. Tableau, Anaplan, SAS, R or anything similar)
  • Excellent analytical skills while using multiple data sources
  • Excellent data interpretation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, negotiation and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of pricing strategy and its interpretation
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel around 10-15%
