StellenbeschreibungResponsibilities
  • Observes the team to understand and remove organizational impediments keeping the team from operating effectively as an Agile team
  • Coach, mentor, teach, refresh agile scrum practices (roles, process, artifacts) as needed among program teams
  • Create training materials relative to specific agile training needs and conduct the training
  • Assess individual program needs and implement best agile practices (Iterative + Agile principals, Kanban, Scrum, etc.)
  • Agile tool configuration and training for new programs implementing Agile, Scrum, Kanban
  • Participate in E.ON’s digital transformation
  • Work closely with digital quality managers on priorities, lessons learned and overall optimization of agile approach
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization C-Level through junior team members
Qualifications
  • Several years of experience working as a Scrum Master (m/f/d)
  • Excellent understanding of software development processes
  • Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Agile methodologies and tools
  • Superior influencing, presentation and communication skills
  • CSM certification or similar professional certifications
  • Management, supervisory or team leader (m/f/d) experience
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills
  • English and German language on a high proficiency
