We are looking for a Sales Intern to join the Aiven Sales team and help grow the business pipeline. You will work closely with the Head of Sales Development to ensure the success of the team. You will be working with an international team from Canada to Singapore, in our office in Berlin.

The successful candidate will show their ability to work on multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities while using creativity and persistence to continuously improve performance as measured by key metrics.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Make research and build strategy on targeted accounts
  • Identify relevant prospects for the sales team
  • Help running sales and marketing campaigns
  • Conception, implementation and optimization of processes
  • Documents sales results and best practices
  • Freedom to take initiatives and bring your own ideas.

Requirements
  • Must have degree-level qualification
  • Comfortable with Excel and Google Drive
  • Experience in business or startup using CRM tools is a plus
  • Strong interest in new technologies
