We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Consultant Pharma DACH to be a key member of the sales team, using your sales experience and technical knowledge to provide customers with market leading smart building HVAC/security solutions. The desire to achieve sales targets and ability to succeed in a fast-paced and highly matrixed environment is critical. A deep knowledge on the DACH Pharma market is needed especially in GermanyAufgaben
You will be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of the customers’ business, strategic drivers, added value of Building Solutions , financial requirements in order to discuss and leverage strategic business value in conversation at the highest levels of the organization.
You will be able to identify key stakeholders and decision makers within the customer business. You have extensive knowledge on the way to the market by using installer, general contractor, advisors/planners .
You will also be able to collaborate internally with multiple functions across the organisation to ensure delivery of high quality customer propositions and have a structured approach, using a robust Management Operating System (MOS) to ensure all essential sales forecasting and reporting requirements are fulfilled on time.
Qualifikation
- An experienced (5+ years) Business Consultant with a track record of success in selling building solutions, preferably to industrial customers
- Has an extensive network at C-level with electrical and mechanical installers, General contractors and consultants in the Benelux
- Validated experience prospecting for opportunities and proven previous customer acquisition experience
- Intelligent and articulate with excellent presentation skills
- Experience of using modern sales CRM systems
- A confident communicator able to build mutually beneficial customer relationships
