For our client in the aerospace industry we are looking for motivated candidates for the location Taufkirchen Germany for the following position with immediate effect and within the framework of temporary employment:

Quality Inspection Solar Arrays (f/m/d)Ref. 10158943

your responsibilities:

The jobholder works as a Quality Inspection Solar Arrays (f/m/d) and the main tasks are:

  • Perform defined quality inspection tasks for products and services covering key and mandatory inspection points
  • This includes incoming inspection, inspection of all operations during manufacturing, assembly, integration, test, maintenance, repair and overhaul, and final conformance inspection prior to delivery using traditional and new methods (e.g. virtual & augmented reality)
  • For software, this would correspond to inspection of coding and integration. During the inspection tasks he/she will identify all deviations and attest the conformity of the product/service to the design or by using an inspection checklist/plan
  • Carry out investigations into any quality issues, e.g. at shop floor level or software production, propose containment actions, manage and/or support the search for root causes and propose corrective and preventive actions as well as improvements
  • Verify that the industrial environment, facilities, hardware, jigs & tools correspond to the operational & safety requirements
  • Guide and advise operators to take into account quality aspects to avoid any future issues,e.g. shop floor operators and software programmers etc.

personal requirements:

  • Person with self-assurance and the ability to make decisions independently
  • Communication, networking and team-working ability
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivated

professional training/studies:

  • Electronics technician for aeronautical systems (aircraft electronics technician) at least technician/qualified specialist or
  • Aircraft mechanic (min. technician/specialist) or
  • Mechanic (min. technician/specialist) or
  • Electrical engineering/electronics min. technician/qualified specialist

work experience:

  • Electrical engineering/electronics min. over 2 years
  • Aviation mechanics min. over 2 years

IT:

  • MS-Office at least knowledge of detailed functions
  • SAP min. knowledge of detail functions

languages:

  • German at least business fluent
  • English at least fluent

further knowledges:

  • Experience in IT HW/SW, large secure hosting solutions for infrastructures, virtualization and Software design network technologies
  • Experience in the development, implementation and acceptance of IT projects
  • Software development, scripting abilities and strong basis in algorithmic to Support infrastructure as Services Approach. (at first glance powershell)
  • Certified knowledge in one or more of following Technologies (Hyper V Cluster, Secured core and Management Services, Collaborative Services using Microsoft technologies)
  • Experience in middle to large scaled networks with deployment/provisioning and monitoring the IT subservices
  • Good skills in network protocols such as but not limited to TCP/IP, SNMP, DHCP, Telnet, and in Switching/Routing
