What we offer:
  • Execute, create and maintain complex schedules, including contractual specifications and external influences
  • Follow deadlines and analyze deviations, in particular for controlling and coordinating the fulfillment of work packages with the related stakeholders and project management
  • Assess the effects of changes on the scheduling and develop the appropriate countermeasures
  • Setup the sales schedules during solution development
  • Do the alignment of sales schedules with the Project Execution departments to support sales calculation and reduce schedule risks
  • Hold regular meetings with project management, site managers, suppliers and internal project stakeholders (Engineering team and Procurement)
  • Support project managers in the creation of project reports
Tasks and Qualifications:
  • Relevant work experience as Planner or Scheduler in different markets; nice to have is the industrial/production field
  • Solid experience in project planning and scheduling
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the CPM and WBS
  • You have initial experience in risk management
  • In-depth knowledge of the Critical Path Method and Work Break Structure methods
  • Good knowledge of risk management
  • Very good experience of scheduling software (e.g. MS Project, Project Server, Project Web App, Primavera)
  • Very good knowledge of English and other European languages
  • Team player with strong communication skills and assertiveness
