Your tasks
  • Take responsibility foroperational planning, management and execution of digital therapy software development projects as a strong leader and communicative project manager

  • Help shape the future: As an interface, you work closely with the managementand the executing, interdisciplinary teams

  • You monitor the processes, schedule the employees and ensure thetimely achievement of milestonesin compliance with your budget and the work and process instructions for which you are responsible.

  • You haveindustry know-howor can quickly acquire expertise in the med-tech industry

  • Your strengths are focused structuring, prioritizing and communicative support of the teams (classic, agile and hybrid). You find it easy to drive the implementation of professional development projects of changing cross-business projects.

Education
Successfully completed academic studies (preferably in the STEM field) or a comparable qualification with several years of relevant professional experience
Experience
As a seasoned project manager, you have experience in software product development, application development, or in the area of serious games. Knowledge in the field of Life Science or Med-Tec would be an advantage.
Know-How
You possesscommunication and organizationalskills and have very good experience in guiding highly specialized software developers and convince with competent and thoughtful actions
Language
Fluent German and English

You are characterized by creativethinking and a high level of strategic orientation, and appreciative interaction, feedback and further development of employeesare particularly important to you.
Teamplayer
As a project manager, you take over the communicationbetween the development, marketing, QM/Medical Regulatory Affairs, sales and finance departments.
