Job Description
Within Danfoss we are looking for a Product Owner (f/m/d)tojoin our diverse and international team.

Job Responsibilities
Key responsibilities, tasks and topics you can expect are backlog ownership, grooming including feature refinements and prioritization, as well as translating high-level requirements to well defined user stories. Furthermore, you will communicate and work with Product Management, developers as well as other stakeholders to ensure a best-in-class solution. Additional tasks and topics are:
- Product launch: Introduction of new product updating application schematics in UI and product data, conducting training;
- Data maintenance: Maintaining existing data, exporting data from PIM, reviewing and uploading data input from product managers;
- Product development: Being part of specification, test, and release procedures. Tracking feedback from the users and manage suggestions for improvements, based on market needs and prioritization. Maintain constant improvement in UX;
- Customer support: Supporting internal and external customers through webinars, visits, chatbot and training materials.
Background & Skills
To be considered for this position, you should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Engineering or similar combined with 2+ years of relevant experience working as a product owner in a corporate environment. Additionally, we are looking for:
- Experience with modern cloud and IoT architectures, driving cloud development projects and data normalization/mapping;
- A track record as product owner/manager for software applications in an agile development setup;
- Preferably knowledge of mechatronics, and/or fluid mechanics;
- An effective communicator, team worker and a person who feels comfortable working with several (virtual) stakeholders;
- Analytical skills, set clear priorities and meets deadlines;
- Switch effortlessly between business and technical terminology;
- Basic understanding of technology, language and applications like Java, C#, API Services;
- Have experience in Agile, DevOps methodology, micro services and/or with Azure DevOps or Jira tools;
- Fluent communication skills in English are a must, fluent communication skills in German are a major advantage.
