KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA is seeking for a Process- and Asset Manager (m/f/d) for our business unit cornas soon as possible. In this role, you are responsible for the technical support of the processing stations for corn and sunflower seed used by KWS. In addition, you ensure the optimization of technical processes as well as the assurance of constant and reliable processing capacities by monitoring the existing maintenance and repair processes. The main workplace is in Einbeck (Lower Saxony), and this exciting and varied position is unlimited and full-time.

Your tasks - challenge meets responsibility:
  • "Leading the CAPEX planning process for the production of corn in Europe"
  • Design of new processing plants or. System components in close cooperation with the necessary interface functions and specialist departments
  • Creation of a process and technology map of the various KWS processing sites:
  • Description of the technical requirements profile of own processing sites with regard to their role in the European production concept
  • Analysis of performance parameters and deviations from the process standard and derivation of corresponding measures
  • Expansion of know-how transfer within the KWS Group and its affiliated companies
  • Development and implementation of suggestions for improvement in seed preparation, creation of "best practice solutions", management of a continuous improvement process
  • Ensuring environmental protection, technical plant safety and user protection (EHS)
Your profile - competence meets personality:
  • Bachelor’s degree as a process engineer or successfully completed vocational training in the technical field for process or plant technicians, seed technologists or equivalent
  • First professional experience in the above-mentioned or related tasks
  • Initial work experience in the above-mentioned or related fields of responsibility is desirable
  • Very good process, technical understanding and project management skills
  • Planning and organizational skills as well as analytical thinking
  • Intercultural team - and communication skills
  • Structured, result-oriented and independent work
  • Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written), other languages (especially German) would be an advantage
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
