YOUR TEAM

Our Software Engineering Solutions (SWE) team provides processes, methods and tools (PMT) to our CARIAD internal customers who develop actual functions for ADAS & AD. Our solutions and products are in areas of code centric, model based and data based software development, as well as Continuous Integration and Deployment (CICD). We are looking for an engineer to reinforce the team in the areas of software process and quality.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Model software related processes, together with the team and our external partners
  • Prepare and support assessments of the processe
  • Determine, develop and configure tools in field of software quality (static source code analyze, software testing on component/unit level up to integration smoke tests level)
  • Actively follow the market in order to determine and propose the best suitable tools, methods and partner companies in field of software quality and processes

WHO YOU ARE

  • University degree in computer science, software engineering or similar field
  • Expert background in software development, preferably embedded software, C, C++ and python
  • Expert knowledge in ASPICE and practical experience in its application in modeling of software processes. Knowledge in ISO 26262 and other related automotive standards
  • Knowledge and experience in process engineering tools (e.g. methodpark stages), MISRA with practical experience in its application,
  • Knowledge and experience in tools for static source code analyze (e.g. Parasoft, QA-C), as well as in tools for software testing on unit level (e.g. Parasoft, googletest)
  • Knowledge and experiences in agile methods like SAFe is welcome
  • Fluent communication skills both in English (C1) and German (B2)
