  • To provide technical support and training to the Production and Quality departments
  • Tool setting, changing and optimisations
  • Attend regular meetings with the production, QA and Technical departments to identify production issues
  • Contribute to the implementation of projects and new initiatives
  • Report any changes to job specifications and production procedures
  • Assist in ensuring teams work to set process and quality procedures
  • Actively participate and lead training and development programmes
  • Maintain active inter-departmental co-ordination, communication and co-operation
  • Work in compliance with all H&SE statutory rules and regulations
  • Monitor tooling condition using the reporting system to ensure that quality and production requirements are maintained
  • Cover for shift team leader holidays as needed
